UI/UE Technical Lead needed for new Product Design

Hello IxDa-ers,

I hope someone in the group can help me with referrals or maybe there is a member who is looking for their next adventure. 

I have been retained by a client in Broomfield to help them find someone to drive the design and development of their new product interface.  This company has a wonderfully productive culture and WANTS to develop usable applications - the right way, the first time.

They are a Microsoft shop, so .NET speciality is really a requirement.  It's a small team, so the UI Lead will also need to be able to code as well as drive design and IA.

This is a career-focused position so freelancers probably won't work.  The company offers a competitive salary and benefits, a friendly work environment where people are people and the opportunity to grow as they grow.
